A number of reasons.
But the most damning is just the fact that I need to focus on my own original proprieties. I really want to focus on a real full game. And I think the fact that this isn't my own IP would constantly degenerate my ambition to put my full effort into it. But you never know, I am about to release a game that I once canceled 4 years ago.
